3. Property Owner Responsibilities

• Comply with all local regulations and licensing requirements
• Allow reasonable access for management purposes

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All payments are subject to the terms outlined in your specific contract with GradHaus.

5. Limitation of Liability

GradHaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and England.
